This project took an unused office warehouse in Littleton, in the south Denver metro, and turned it into a commercial-grade golf simulator built for business use. Virtual Tee installed a TrackMan iO alongside an Optoma 4K projector, giving the space tour-level ball tracking and sharp, realistic course visuals.

Commercial builds like this one carry different demands than a home install: heavier daily use, multiple users cycling through in a day, and a need for durable, low-maintenance finishes. This setup was designed to hold up under exactly that, while still looking sharp enough to host clients or run team events.
