Timnath is one of the fastest-growing small towns in Northern Colorado, and this build shows what's possible even in a modest 14' x 13' x 9'9" room. A lot of homeowners assume they need a large, dedicated space for a simulator to work — this build is proof that's not always true.

Virtual Tee designed around the room's actual constraints rather than asking the homeowner to find more square footage, fitting a fully functional setup into a space that might otherwise have been written off as too small.
