Mead is a small town between Longmont and Greeley, and this basement gave Virtual Tee an unusually long room to work with — over 30 feet at 14'7" wide. That extra length meant the hitting area could sit well clear of the rest of the room, with plenty of buffer space most basement builds don't have room for.

It's a build that shows what's possible when the available square footage isn't the limiting factor.
