A purpose-built white barndominium-style outbuilding houses a batting cage facility, manicured artificial turf yard, and a dedicated golf simulator lounge that flows seamlessly from outdoor recreation into indoor sim golf.
At 40' x 18', the space uses EyeXO and BenQ equipment with EliteScreen Pro and pin lighting, opening into a stunning spectator lounge with cognac leather club chairs, custom golf silhouette art panels on a vaulted wall, and bar area with garage door access to the yard.
