This Littleton, CO garage refused to choose between parking space and practice time — so Virtual Tee built The Ghost, a fully retractable simulator bay that folds flush into ceiling-mounted housing when not in use, leaving absolutely no trace behind.

At 20' x 15', the space uses EyeXO and Optoma equipment with The Ghost retractable impact screen, StealthGuard protection, and pin lighting on epoxy-flake floors with mini-split HVAC. When it drops down, it's a full professional-grade hitting bay with a personalized Ping staff bag on deck and ready to go. Invisible performance, unmatched design.
