Basement Golf Simulator (New Construction)

This is a newly built Berthoud home, and the simulator went in as part of the original construction rather than a later retrofit — giving Virtual Tee more flexibility to plan the 20' x 16'4" room from scratch. Sitting right on TPC Colorado, the homeowner wanted a Uneekor and BenQ setup that could match the caliber of golf just outside the window.

Building into new construction meant fewer constraints than a typical basement retrofit, and the result is a room that feels purpose-built rather than squeezed in after the fact.
