This is one of several Littleton garage builds Virtual Tee has completed, and it's a good example of working around a real constraint: a 9'3" ceiling, lower than most garage installs. The 15' x 13'7" layout was designed around a Uneekor launch monitor with careful attention to mounting height and screen placement to make the most of the available clearance.

It's proof that a slightly shorter garage doesn't rule out a full simulator setup — it just means the layout has to work a little harder.
