Unlike the commercial TrackMan installs Virtual Tee has done elsewhere in Littleton, this is a straightforward residential build: a 15' x 15' x 13' garage bay converted into a full simulator room with a Uneekor launch monitor at the center of it. The extra-tall 13-foot ceiling gave the installation team room to work with that a lot of garage conversions don't have.

It's a good example of how a garage, not just a basement, can become a serious golf space when the ceiling height cooperates.
