This 25' x 14' garage build is the second simulator Virtual Tee has completed in Charlotte, following an earlier basement install elsewhere in the city. A 10-foot ceiling gave the garage conversion plenty of room to work with, without any structural changes needed.
It's a good example of what a standard two-car garage can become with the right layout and equipment.
