This Silverleaf build takes the same retractable approach as Virtual Tee's other flexible garage installs, sized down to a tighter 12' x 10' x 10' footprint. The Uneekor system retracts out of the way when not in use, keeping the garage fully functional for vehicles day to day.
In a community built around high-end custom homes, the goal wasn't to make the garage look like a golf simulator room — it was to make sure it didn't have to, unless the homeowner wanted it to.
