This is the third Colorado Springs build in the Virtual Tee portfolio, and the one built specifically around flexibility. Rather than dedicating the garage to golf full-time, this 20' x 16' x 11' sim area uses a retractable dual screen system, so the whole setup pulls back to free up space for vehicles when it's not in use.
The build includes an Optoma projector, VT Real Feel hitting mats, black turf, and a Uneekor EYE XO launch monitor — giving full simulator performance without permanently giving up the garage.
