This Timnath room started as unfinished basement space — no drywall, no flooring, nothing but framing — and was built out completely into a 20' x 14' golf simulator from the ground up. Starting from a blank slate meant the layout could be planned exactly around the simulator's needs rather than working around existing finishes.

It's a good example of what's possible when a homeowner has raw square footage to work with instead of a room that needs to be reconfigured.
