This Columbine basement was built to do double duty: golf simulator on demand, full theater room the rest of the time, both sharing the same 22'1" x 17'6" space and screen. It's a practical answer for a homeowner who wanted both but didn't have room in the house for two separate dedicated spaces.

At 10'6" of ceiling height, there was enough room to make both uses feel comfortable rather than compromised.
