This 20' x 14'1" Broadmoor Bluffs basement was designed to serve two purposes: a Uneekor and BenQ-powered golf simulator for practice, and a full home theater for movie nights, sharing the same room and screen. It's built around the idea that not everyone in the house plays golf, but everyone can use the space.
Broadmoor Bluffs is one of Colorado Springs' more established neighborhoods, and this build reflects the kind of dual-purpose thinking that gets more value out of a single finished room.
