When a Golden, CO business found itself with extra warehouse space, a golf simulator was the answer. The 20' x 14' room takes advantage of a soaring 25-foot ceiling — more vertical clearance than almost any residential build could offer — built around a Uneekor launch monitor for accurate, repeatable performance.

Golden sits right at the base of the foothills west of Denver, and this build shows how repurposed industrial and warehouse space in the area can become something a lot more interesting than storage.
