Most commercial builds go into warehouses or ground-floor retail spaces, but this one is installed several stories up in a Denver Tech Center high-rise. Virtual Tee worked within the building's existing office layout to fit an 18' x 14' x 10' simulator room, powered by a Uneekor launch monitor and BenQ projector.
Building a simulator into a high-rise comes with its own logistics — freight elevators, loading dock scheduling, and tighter access than a typical ground-level install — but the result is a fully functional golf setup in one of Denver's busiest business districts.
