Not every home has a basement or garage to spare — this Waxhaw build turned an 18'6" x 12'8" spare bedroom into a full simulator setup instead. It's proof that a dedicated golf room doesn't require a dedicated structure, just an underused space with the right ceiling height.
At 11 feet, the ceiling gave plenty of clearance for a full swing without needing any structural changes to the room.
