This is the fourth simulator Virtual Tee has built in Greenwood Village, and this 25' x 14'8" basement gave the team a well-proportioned room to work with. With this many installs completed nearby, the approach here reflects what's proven to work well in the area's typical basement layouts.
Nearly 10 feet of ceiling height meant screen placement and mounting had more flexibility than a lot of standard basement conversions allow.
