This project was part of a full basement remodel in Vail, one of the highest-altitude towns Virtual Tee has built in. Rather than treat the simulator as an afterthought, it was designed into the remodel from the start, giving the 16' x 12' room a clean, purpose-built layout with a Uneekor launch monitor at the center of it.

Vail's golf courses are only playable a few months a year, and most homeowners here already have a second or third home elsewhere. A simulator like this one means golf doesn't have to wait for ski season to end.
