This Denver basement gave Virtual Tee an unusually long room to work with — over 25 feet, at 15'5" wide. That extra depth meant the hitting area could be positioned with plenty of buffer space on either side, something a lot of basement builds don't have room for.

It's a build that shows what's possible when the available square footage isn't the limiting factor, letting the layout prioritize comfort and swing room over squeezing into a tight footprint.
